Your store purchase and your Voice Sync AI script library use two different accounts. Follow the guidance below when moving to another device or signing in after using the app as a guest.
Your App Store or Google Play account owns the Pro purchase. Your Voice Sync AI sign-in—Apple, Google, or email—owns your cloud script library. Restoring Pro and syncing scripts are separate actions.
You can use Voice Sync AI without signing in. On Apple devices, the same App Store purchase can be restored on each iPhone, iPad, or Mac using the purchaser’s App Store Apple Account. Each guest device keeps a separate script library.
Signing in merges the current guest scripts and folders into the account you choose. If that account already has scripts, Voice Sync AI combines both libraries instead of replacing either one.
Sign in to the exact same Voice Sync AI account on every device. Use the same Sign in with Apple identity, the same Google account, or the same email and password. Different sign-in methods normally create separate accounts.
If Pro is missing, open Settings → Subscription & Pro → Restore Purchases. On Apple devices, use the App Store Apple Account that bought Pro. For an Android guest purchase, first sign in on the original device and then use that same Voice Sync AI account on the new device.
Several Apple guest devices may restore one purchase, but only one signed-in Voice Sync AI account can own it. Use that same Voice Sync AI account everywhere to share both Pro and scripts.
